Sign in to Yotpo and create a new earning rule to reward points when customers link their accounts. Navigate to Manage Program -> Rewards Program -> Manage earning rules

Create a new earning rule

Click on Create earning rule then select Custom Action. yotpo custom action

Configure the custom action

Set the action name to Linked an Account and number of points to the amount you’d like to reward each time a customer links an account.
The action name must be exactly Linked an Account for the integration to work correctly.
The default behavior is to allow customers to earn from this action one time per retailer. Linking and unlinking the same account repeatedly will not result in more points.
